ORDERING + RUSH ORDERS

All garments are carefully hand-made with love right here in Sydney, Australia. We are passionate about keeping all our production right here in Australia, so we ask that you please allow five months for construction upon your order. While your beloved piece of Bowie may well come earlier than this time frame, five months is our standard ordering time. Please also factor in time for shipping and any alterations you many need.

ORDERING: HOW IT WORKS

We are a made to order bridal label that really wants to put You first. This is how the ordering process works with Bowie Rae:

 

  • FABRIC SELECTIONS  : Most of our pieces are available in various fabric selections. While we have made every effort to show you all the samples, not every option is included in the images provided. We understand it can be a leap of faith making fabric selections without being able to see and feel them, so we offer sample selection packages. You can order them in the shop menu or enquire here

 

  • SEPARATES OR DRESS : Most pieces are available as separates so you can match them with the ones You love most, but they don't have to stay that way. To put you in control, most of our separates can be made to order as gowns. Just add the separates you love in the cart and select to have them made as a dress or to remain as separates in the notes box provided.

 

  • STYLE OPTIONS : Be sure to read all the available options with each garment as some pieces have various options when it comes to button selections, fastenings and colour options.

APPOINTMENTS


To enquire about any of the garments or to book an appointment, please email hello@bowierae.com. We know how important this decision is (definitely one of the most important outfits you get to rock, trust us, we get it!) That’s why we will do everything we can to guide you through this process. As we are a small Sydney showroom, and only have limited appointments available throughout the year, shoot us an email and let’s start there! There are many ways we can try and help you make this very important decision, no matter where you are. Our goal is to make you feel confident about your decision, even without ever having seen or touched our collection. We can’t wait to get to know your story and help you bring it all to life.

 

PAYMENT + DELIVERY TIMES

 

To begin construction of your perfect piece of BOWIE RAE, we require the full payment upon order. Planning a wedding should not be stressful, on the contrary, we believe it should be one of the best times of your life! Which is why we always recommend that brides allow at least 5 weeks for delivery and any alterations you may require.
