SIZING + MEASUREMENTS
BOWIE RAE is a ready-to-wear label and offers made to order garments, ranging from size 6 - 16. These sizes are specifically custom to BOWIE RAE so please refer to our sizing chart before you place your order and follow the ‘How to Measure’ guide to help you select the best fit for you. While our designs are ready-to-wear, we believe no two BOWIE RAE brides should ever look the same and believe every bride should wear her piece of Bowie Rae, her way, which is why there are so many options available to customise each piece. IN BETWEEN SIZES?
If you are in-between sizes, we always recommend going a size up as it is always easier to make something smaller as opposed to making it bigger. Although this is a ready to wear range, take comfort knowing that we have have spent many hours in the workshop making each garment by hand, with love and care. Every piece been been fit and refit so many times, we know you will love the way they feel when you slip them on. However, note that you may need to make some adjustments upon purchasing as this is still ready to wear so please refer to the sizing chart and ‘how to measure’ guide to make sure you choose the absolute right fit.
Unsure of your size? While we have made every effort to cater for all body shapes, please contact us directly if you do not feel our sizing chart offers a perfect fit for your body and we will make every effort to make a perfect fit for you! We understand that this is a huge decision, so please contact us directly at email@example.com about any sizing or styling concerns. While we will always offer our recommendations for sizing, Bowie Rae accepts the customer's right to make the final decision when selecting their size. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges if you have a change of heart once the order is placed.
ORDERING + RUSH ORDERS
All garments are carefully hand-made with love right here in Sydney, Australia. We are passionate about keeping all our production right here in Australia, so we ask that you please allow five months for construction upon your order. While your beloved piece of Bowie may well come earlier than that time frame, five months is our standard ordering time. Please also factor in time for shipping and any alterations you many need.
CAN`T WAIT THAT LONG? If you need your piece of BOWIE RAE sooner than five months, we can certainly organise a rush order. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to help you out.

As we are a small Sydney showroom, and only have limited appointments available throughout the year, shoot us an email and let’s start there! PAYMENT + DELIVERY TIMES
To begin construction of your perfect piece of BOWIE RAE, we require the full payment upon order. Planning a wedding should not be stressful, on the contrary, we believe it should be one of the best times of your life! Which is why we always recommend that brides allow at least 5 weeks for delivery and any alterations you may require. If your wedding is sooner than the five months order time we can certainly organise a rush order, just contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org
We know what she wears is one of the most important details about this momentous day and we are so honored you have come to us to help you create that one of a kind look. All BOWIE RAE pieces are designed, cut and constructed in Sydney, Australia, by our highly passionate and experienced design team. We have complete control over the production of your dress and we see each piece undergo a rigorous process to ensure perfect quality, every time. As each piece is made especially for you with a sustainable approach to fashion and fabric, no two Bowie Rae's are exactly the same with slight variations expected when dealing with lace motifs and fabric colours. Please note that when it comes to natural fibres such as silk and cotton, there may be slight variations in colour, weight and weave with each dress.
We are dedicated to sourcing beautiful, luxury fabrics with a focus on natural cloths. Due to this, it is unavoidable that all natural fabrics such as silks and cottons come with 'flaws'. This simply means that depending on the weave and the fabric construction, there may be slight 'imperfections' on the cloth. These slight imperfections are always expected and give natural fibres a beauty that man-made fabrics cannot replicate. With all natural fabrics, it is expected that slight variations in colour, weave and construction may occur among stock. Note that Bowie Rae will only construct your beautiful piece with the highest quality fabric and as perfect a match as possible to the sample piece. BOWIE RAE ships Australia wide (allow 5 - 10 business days)
We use Couriers for all domestic deliveries. All parcels are covered by insurance and require signature on delivery. Domestic shipping is a flat price of $60 and is payable by the customer. We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. For queries or special requests please email us at email@example.com. You will receive an email with your tracking number once we have shipped the garment.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
BOWIE RAE garments are made especially for you, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you find you are not happy with your size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess if we can offer a solution. We ask you to order well in advance of (at least 5 weeks) of your wedding date to make time for issues and alterations.
FAULTY GOODS AND REPAIRS
In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, please email email@example.com with images and description of fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment. From here we will assess whether an exchange or refund will be issued. In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 2 days with all tags and packaging. We will do everything in our best effort to repair this piece for you. If the piece cannot be repaired, we will provide you with a replacement piece.
SAMPLE AND SALE ITEMS
All sale and sample items purchased are final. Bowie Rae does not offer any refunds or exchanges on these items, including but not limited to any faults / imperfections. Most of our sample and sale products have been used in photoshoots and showings, which inevitably will leave them in imperfect condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the item before purchase as all sales are final.
